Our coating capabilities cover the thermal coatings such as Flame spraying (FLSP) with wire or powder, Electric-arc spraying (EASP) and HVOF process.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tta_tour active_section=&#8221;1&#8243;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;When are thermal coatings being used?&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;when-are-thermal-coatings-being-used&#8221;][vc_column_text]Reason to use one of the thermal coating can be as follows<\/p>\n<p>For<b> new designed parts, <\/b>sprayed coatings offer a rewarding combination of features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To create high performance parts that would be difficult or costly to produce by other means<\/li>\n<li>To value engineer new or existing parts by spraying premium material coatings over lightweight or low cost substrates<\/li>\n<li>To design composite material parts that use the best qualities of the sprayed coating and the structure member<\/li>\n<li>To provide a surface property not otherwise available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For<b> repair and rebuild worn machine parts<\/b>, sprayed coatings save time and money, while increasing service life:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parts can be rebuilt faster and at less cost with sprayed coatings than by using welding, plating or sleeving<\/li>\n<li>When new parts have to be ordered, spray repair can save days of downtime;
